i dislike hairdressers. they hardly give you what you want. or rather, they never give me what i want. all i said was: "shorter, layered and thin it." and she gave me a disgustingly short and squarish hairsyle. reminds me of marcel's square hair. anyway, i think i should borrow ber's hair growth shampoo and get a proper haircut the moment there is actually hair to cut.

somethings lopez just rawks. lol.
the world is sad. iraqis(sp?) being humiliated by the americans and nick berg getting executed by al-qaeda. what's more, it was not a swift move of an axe, but slowly sawing his head off.

Whatever happened to the fairness in equality?
Instead in spreading love we're spreading animosity.
Lack of understanding, leading lives away from unity."

our debators were fantastic. very confident and eloquent. most importantly, they were very very well-prepared. but apparantly, some people couldnt tell what's solid content. even though there were some nerves at work, it was hard to believe that we lost. call me a sore loser. but they should have won lah. feeling so sad for them. they've worked bloody hard. putting so many days of work into it. like literally days. all the way till 9.30 yesterday. its a sad sad situation. congrats to 4/6 though. and to sam!
the good thing that came out of it is that 4e2 became more united. its funny how these things can bond ppl together. perhaps one day we can describe 4e2 as super glue.
btw, happy birthday emma!

i just flunked history. 1/7 for that bloody written assignment. oh well. hopefully ss will be better. found an irritating habit of oddball. [since when was she not irritating. but nvm.] she just loves to peer around and look at everyone's marks. bet she get a sense of satisfaction when she scores higher than us. thank god, other than the sciences and amaths, there's always someone scoring better, depriving her of her ego-booster.
the debate's finals is tmr. hope they win. -crosses fingers-
chinese exam on sat. im screwed lah. only briefly went thru 4a. three more years of work to go. shit is the word.

taiwan's golden melody awards is boring. fell asleep after trying hard to keep awake after three hours. the red carpet took like two bloody hours. and jay was the second last to arrive. -____-''' okay maybe it wasnt thaaat boring. its only the classical/tradition parts that put me to sleep.
attended the chem course at sp. quite a good experience. made perfume, paper weights and tried electroplating. the lecturers are hilarious. the perfume one goes "i dont caree" and the electroplating one laughs funnily. funky lecturers at sp.
shall go back to my tv and hope jay gets an award or something.

went for tjc band concert on sunday. yes they play wonderfully and they put up a funky play. leandra enjoyed it especially cos they have a (according to leandra) cool-looking duo of double bassists.
had the martial arts 'enrichment' yesterday. silat was fun. was taught not-so-helpful self-defence skills. if i ever get attacked, im sure i can just go, "hold on, ive learnt this before. now, i catch your punch, pull your hair, throw you down onto the floor somehow and sit on you" and get myself killed while i think of the steps.

i swear the chinese book that we were forced to buy and read is horribly boring. its amazing that i even managed to finish half the book. though i'll probably forget what happens in each story by tmr.
went for vjc's funfair. went into the haunted house. quite scary lah. was screaming all the way. and laughing at some of them cos they looked so silly. somewhere near the end they were seriously freaky lah. they were like sort of cornering us. and lingxiu the brave led us thru them. lol.
the sun was scorching, thus soaking us in sweat. or maybe just me. got forced to play some try and burst the water balloons by throwing them onto the floating toothpicks in a water tub. they must haved used some burst-proof balloons cos no matter how it lands on the toothpicks, it never bursts. not even when the stall ppl tried themselves. lol.
roach and co got butterfly henna on their right ankles. neha's ploy to make them wear their school socks high. haha. mdm khoo would be pleased.
going for tjc band concert later. perhaps some inventor can come up with partially permeable earplugs. those that filter off leandra's blabber on dahye.
