the difference between a fun bball day and a boring one is whether we play full court or not. so we played full court yesterday and it was greeat. we had evelyn along with us and i bet we managed to even out the score. despite constant swipes against disgustingly slimey arms and cleon's non-stop chatter, laughter filled the court. it was indeed terribly fun.
oh btw. van helsing's a fantastic movie. a little late i know. but i just got to watch it yesterday at the starlight cinema. pity we didnt stay for the lotr one. but then again, i'll probably fall asleep since i was super tired after all that action in the morning.

oddball's at it again. yesterday, she got herself confused about fuel cells and was kicking up a fuss by clarifying it with simeng. so she went, "i think the notes is wrong. how can hydrogen be oxidised at the anode?" simeng was tried to tell her fuel cells is different from electrolysis, and so i butted into their conversation in hope that odd would shut up. i said, "mrs chan said dont use anode and cathode for fuel cells." simeng nodded in agreement, and she finally shuts up. but only for five seconds.
then she started, "you see arh simeng...." and she yaks on about her bloody cathodes and anodes. even when she was repeatedly told to not use cathode and anode for fuel cells. cant she just accept that you use positive and negative terminals for fuel cells. a piece of advice to her: go drown with your cathodes and anodes.
and today. she complained about having cas every week. thus disallowing her to study for the prelims. gee please. i bet she have already finished studying and have been through the syllabus thrice. to think she pretended to be kirsten dunst during today's advertisement presentation. yikes.
to loko: havent been able to wish you happy birthday personally due to the lack of chinese class and morning assembly. my deepest apologies indeed. happy (belated?) birthday if you should read this.

so i had my english oral. she asked, "so, tell me about a place that you would go to relax." i thought of the bball court. then she added, "like some place to eat or drink." then i thought, damn. and started to talk about the coffee bean and explaining what an ice blended coffee is.
then she asked about herbal medicine. and i lied thru my teeth saying the sinseh just placed some grass on my fractured ankle and it miraculously healed the bone. and i think she believed me. she obviously did not pay much attention to my leg.

i must say basketball today was disappointing. it just wasnt as fun. probable reasons: too lazy to move. two idiots around to annoy the shit outta me. blah.
however there were also moments to remember. like weewee 'burning' sergeant. nicely done. and when sergeant finally got his revenge, he bounced around happily till his phone dropped out of his pocket. lol.
also, there was this sissified loser who just amuses me. he tries to show off the skills that he does not own. for example, he tried to do an alley but instead throws the ball backwards. what a loser. even his team is ashamed.
soo. today passed real slowly. just when i thought i played forever, it was only 12 noon. headed on to singpost's macs, only to witness weewee's disgusting eating habits.
nothing much to say anymore. except that perhaps ive wasted this weekend.

i love spiderman 2 and so will you. watched it with ms and evelyn today. rushed to town after our dc. but still got first row seats. geee.
projet reap was okay. not really smooth cos most of the time i have no idea what to do. talking to the old folks are not that easy after all. im not much of a conversation starter. but anyway. this old lady kept telling me to study hard. guess she had a hard life. hopefully the old folks are entertained.
missed out on the food (which i heard was good) prepared by the refreshments comm. oh well. was too busy serving food. got forfeited for the pass the parcel game. while i was expecting some horrible forfeit, the wrapper just wrote: talk about your favourite food. soo, i was embarrassed by my broken hokkien.
im tired. hitting town after such a long day isnt a good choice. oh btw. tobey maguire looks damn good.

you could just hear my relief when i thanked the teachers. i obviously screwed my chinese oral. couldnt concentrate. there was an ant crawling under my arm when i was reading. didnt exactly get much questions during the convo. perhaps they were tired of asking questions since they prompted roach quite a bit?
had phototaking today. the class comm and the prefects requested to stand at the back instead of taking their rightful seats in front. oh well. thought it would look nice if they stood in the middle row. like prefects surrounded by pinafore ppl.
hosting the elderly tmr. hopefully it'll go well. they are seriously old lah. like between 63 to 83. oh man.
