hmm. midterms midterms and more midterms! at least its the break now, for me to catch on the six weeks that i have wasted ;( then, i'll be off to face one midterm on monday and another three on tuesday. then you can call me superwoman if i survive ;)
no more whining on the mugging, cos there are things to look forward to! night out with twc tmr, or rather, today, since its already 3 in the morning. sentosa with the eekers on wed, time to meet mr sunny-o-sun! yummy lunch with the family on saturday, i always love family meals, cos your parents can always afford what you can, heee. and arvin's birthday party on saturday night, time to meet up with eleven-o-five! yayness. but that shall be all for the midterms, the rest of the time will be devoted to mugging (GROANS) and maybe, blogging.
i guess i'll be blogging a lot more now, cos leandra once complained that she always comes to my blog first but its always the same post. oops. okay lah, not only that. its just that i have this new found love for blogging, or some may say, bitching. there's always someone in xinyi's life for her to bitch about! hahaha.
HA died today, which was kinda sad. HA's my hallmate hianyi's hamster, and shes much more adorable than her owner. even though im not exactly very attached to her, but i always get sad when animals die/fall sick/get lost. oh well. i think i should really rethink my plans of getting a dog once i move out of hall, which will be quite soon actually, cos the fee hike has pretty much cemented my decision to move out of hall in year 3. time to get used to travelling! ;(
i dunno why there's a sudden talkative-ness in me, im sprouting everything out on my blog. i think its because no one talks to me, and all the vent up thoughts come here. guess what? my english is horrible. time to blog more and refine my language. sooooo, watch this space!

too much hall makes you sick. ugh. been spending so much time with hallmates cos of ihg, not that they suck or anything, but i just miss my friends outside ;( so if i ask you out, please say yes! cny is the season for catching up! and i really wanna meet as many people as possible, before school evolves into a monster, and before hall evolves into a monster. basically, before life becomes a disgusting monster like the one in cloverfield. a giant monster that is capable of spitting out mini-monsters? ugh.
well, school has started. i havent been able to keep to my resolution of staying awake in lectures, oh well. the lectures are really boring, plus the fact that they're held in the disgusting, smelly and dim LT7 doesnt really help me stay awake. sigh sigh sigh. i really need to buck up more, if i want to survive in the world of geniuses that i have thrown myself into.
inter-hall games, more fondly known as IHG has started is almost ending for me. basketball has ended, it wasnt the ending we wanted, but i guess life dont always go the way you want to. we may have lost this year, but we're gonna fight back next year. after awhile, you realise that the most upsetting thing is not about the lost, but that you dont get to see your team-mates everyday like how we all got used to when training for the competition. ;((
softball ended on a low note. all the high hopes were smashed off-form performance. now, all im left with is handball. i may not be very good, but im gonna try my very best to not screw up, if i even get to play at all.
at our lowest point, all we have is our spirit to pull us through. fight on shearites ;)
